I didn’t come across burgers by design. I worked at a pizzeria that also served burgers in addition to pizza. I made them every day and soon began to believe that I could make them even better.

It started simply — by testing flavors among friends. Ideas were born quickly and slowly the burger I wanted to create was created. I didn’t go the classic route. First I quit my job, then I rented a catering trailer, and only then did I start looking for a place. I was almost out of money, but my uncle helped me with one simple thought: “I’ll lend it to you. You know how to proceed.”

On December 5, 2016, I opened in a small, almost corner space. In the first days, I sold only a few burgers a day, standing in the cold in the trailer and preparing fresh buns and sauces every morning at five.

When I finally started getting my first regular customers, I received a notice that I had to move the trailer. Just then, one of the guests called a friend — Mr. Viler, the owner of a nearby cafe. He offered me space and cooperation. Two days later, I was already selling burgers there.

Today, we have two locations, a food truck, and a team that I am very proud of. But it all started with faith, stubbornness, and people who believed in the idea at the right moment.

In our burgers, we create thoughtful combinations of flavors from quality ingredients. We are especially proud of our homemade buns and sauces, which we prepare ourselves.
